We're looking for a driven individual who will become the engine behind our affiliate operations. This is a learn-by-doing role where you'll be trained hands-on during your first month while contributing to real growth. What You'll Do: Affiliate Acquisition & Outreach Conduct targeted outreach via Telegram, forums, CPA networks, and advertising communities Build and maintain contact lists of potential affiliate partners Handle initial communications and qualify leads before passing them to senior team members Technical Integration & Support Set up tracking links and configure partner integrations Connect API endpoints, UTM parameters, and postback systems Troubleshoot technical issues with quick turnaround times Performance Analytics Monitor traffic quality from new partners Compile daily reports on FTDs (First Time Deposits) and registrations Track partner performance metrics and flag opportunities Success Metrics: Generate 50–120 qualified affiliate leads weekly Onboard 20–40 new partners monthly Maintain 90%+ accuracy on postback configurations Respond to technical support requests within 1–2 hours Training & Growth: You'll receive comprehensive mentorship during your first month, learning our systems, processes, and best practices directly from experienced team members.
