? 2+ years of very strong relevant implementation experience on SuccessFactors LMS. ? Good Knowledge and experience building LxP and implementation experience in any Social Learning & Collaborative Learning tools. ? Should have experience on data migration (E.g. Content courses Classes) Learning APM Notification and connectors. ? Should be able to understand the requirements and able to explain the system limitations to Business for implementation. ? Should be able to provide innovative/Creative ideas/Solutions to Business for better user learning experience ? Should have strong experienced with standard and external Integrations with LMS & Workzone/JAM. Example: Gamifications MOOC & non-MOOC. ? Should be able the write and execute the test scripts for SF LMS and Workzone/JAM. ? Should be able to understand and address all the content issues raised by the Business. ? Manage LMS reporting and Build the new reports in PRD as per the requirement from Business. ? Provide Technical support to all kind of Issues raised as part of BAU(Business as Usual). SF Modules) integration using SAP HCI/CPI. Expertise in design build testing and troubleshooting integrations built using SAP HCI/CPI with on-Premise SAP HR systems and other 3rd party payroll systems. Should be strong in defining iflows local & exception sub-process Expertise in Groovy scripts XSLT graphical mapping. Expertise in handling SFAPI ODATA API REST API?s in Successfactors Expertise in handling integrations using SFSF ODATA SFTP IDOC SOAP HTTP ProcessDirect REST Adapters. Should have experience in handling different data conversions like xml to csv csv to xml etc. Should have knowledge in handling security artifacts encryption and decryption mechanisms. Good exposure in SF Integration Center Worked on at least one SuccessFactors implementation project using SAP HCI/CPI. Should have worked on minimum two life-cycle implementation SAP HR/SF projects Should have good exposure on SF EC Portlets.
