**Customer Interaction**: Greet customers as they arrive and assess their service needs. Provide information about services, repairs, and maintenance options.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule appointments and manage service timelines, ensuring that customer expectations are met regarding service completion.
- **Estimates and Quotes**: Prepare and present detailed estimates for services and repairs, including parts and labor costs.
- **Problem Diagnosis**: Listen to customer concerns and communicate these to technicians, helping to clarify and prioritize issues.
- **Follow-Up**: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle/service, including any changes to the initial estimate or timeline.
- **Customer Education**: Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance to help them understand their vehicle’s needs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and any follow-up actions required.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Promote service specials and upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is often preferred. Experience in the automotive industry can be a significant advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
