**JOB DESCRIPTION : CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)**
- Planning & Co-ordination Agreement for Sale Registration process collect Clients Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Booking form and Proforma Invoice.Paper documents
- Coordinate with Accounts department for creating ledger and provide information related payment.
- Coordinate with legal department for Agreement Process,Signing work and responsible for complete payment disbursement.
- Handling customer grievances Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization in unit issues, possession & clearance formality issues. provide NOC Certificate.
- Facilitate coordination with Projects, Sales and Marketing for obtaining timely information on the progress of the construction and timing for demand generation
- Ensure timely sharing of information with the Finance and Accounts team on all post-sales related financial transactions

Should know MS Excel MS Word

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
