**Job description for the Internal auditor - Plant / Factory**

**Experience**: 3 to 6 years in similar role or handle audits of manufacturing company.
**CTC** : Upto - 6 LPA based on interview.

1. Review the business processes and ensure that internal control systems are adequate.

2. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.

3. Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls.

4. Travelling to different sites to conduct system and procedure audit in detail.

5. Obtain required information directly or indirectly through examination of records or interviews with staff.

6. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.

7. Ensure compliance to various statutes, accounting standards and company procedures and policies laid down.

8. Analyze the data to evaluate process related risks, frauds, controls, compliance of statutes and company policies.

9. Prepare working papers documenting adequately work performed.

10. Maintain audit recommendation tracker etc.

11. Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.

12. Draft segments of the reports and communications on the results of work performed, for review by the Head.

13. Any Other duties assign by HOD as per requirement.
