We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the month end closing process relating to revenue recognition, posting journal entries related to general ledger accounting, performing revenue reconciliation ERP vs Portal, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for driving accurate revenue provisioning.Key Responsibilities:Execute the month end closing process relating to revenue recognitionPosting Journal entries related to GL accountingPerforming revenue reconciliation ERP v/s PortalCoordination with the multiple stakeholders for driving accurate revenue provisioningDriving projections for weekly forecastCirculation of MIS and other Report to respective stakeholdersPreparation of month end schedulesPreparation of OAR's basis variance analysisEnsure all the accounts are reconciled and supportedAssist the external/internal Auditors with the audit queriesCoordinate with Support teams for any issues/queriesPrepare and maintain documented procedures and ensure complianceActively identify and participate in process improvementsDeveloping Power BI reports for various day-to-day needsAd-hoc and special projects as neededRequirements:Bachelor's/master's degree (concentrating on Finance, Accounting) or Semi qualified CA will be an added advantageAt least 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in revenue accountingEnd to End Accounting knowledge is a mustProficiency in MS Office suite (this is must)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal interpersonal skillsAbility to take ownership of your workload and prioritize meeting deadlinesStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential dataAs a member of our finance team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
