Mandatory Skills: Pega Senior Business Systems Analyst JD;Pega Platform Expertise – Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, Customer Decision Hub, and Case Management concepts.Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering – Skilled in conducting workshops, documenting BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Process Modeling & Design – Proficient in creating process flows, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart.Agile Tools & Methodology – Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Ability to bridge communication between business, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment.Testing Support – Experience in UAT planning, defect triaging, and validating system functionality.Process Optimization & Automation – Identifying automation opportunities and promoting best practices within Pega.Domain Knowledge – Exposure to banking, financial services, or digital automation projects.Communication & Facilitation Skills – Excellent ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
