Financial Analyst - NetSuite ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NetSuite, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.Key Responsibilities:Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and e-commerce payments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.Set up automated reconciliation rules in NetSuite, mapping payees, transaction types, and variances.Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, creating missing general ledger entries as needed.Import corporate card transactions into NetSuite, mapping transactions to expense categories and departments.Match credit card transactions to vendor bills, ensuring accurate recording of expenses.Reconcile credit card statements to general ledger balances on a monthly basis.Manage e-commerce reconciliations for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other platforms, matching payments to orders and adjusting for variances.Reconcile Home Depot EDI transactions, matching payments to invoices.Map Amazon invoices and orders to NetSuite sales orders, reconciling remittances and adjusting for chargebacks, fees, shortages, and allowances.Close the general ledger and financial periods in NetSuite, reviewing and posting adjusting journal entries.Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, COGS, Deferred Revenue, and Fixed Assets.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for stakeholders, providing insights into AR aging, cash flow, chargebacks, and profitability by channel.Build saved searches and workflows to streamline reconciliation processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong background in US Accounting principles and bookkeeping.Expertise in NetSuite, with experience in setup, configuration, and customization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to work with a talented and experienced team.
