Our network empowers professionals to work globally, earn premium compensation, and make a direct business impact without borders.The OpportunityWe're hiring an experienced accounting leader – someone who can own end-to-end accounting for US-based clients.You'll be a hands-on expert – someone who can close the month, guide a small team with precision and confidence, and act as the strategic accounting partner to CFOs and founders across fast-growing US companies.This is your chance to work at the intersection of global finance, technology, and impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting) for US clientsPrepare, review, and finalize financial statements under US GAAPManage and mentor a small team of accountants to ensure delivery excellencePartner directly with client finance leaders to provide insights and process improvementsDrive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every accounting touchpointLeverage modern tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero to streamline workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, and Operations for a complete finance pictureYour Qualifications:5–8 years of total experience, with strong exposure to US accounting and reporting standardsProven expertise in end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial statementsDeep knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to close books independentlyExperience in outsourced accounting, shared services, or client-facing environmentsHands-on experience with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, or XeroExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsA proactive, ownership-driven mindset – you take pride in precision and partnership
