Our organization has experienced rapid growth, and we are now seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to support our financial operations and contribute to this expansion.About the RoleAs a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across our global business. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
