**Responsibilities**:
**ONLY IT SALES EXPERIENCE CANDIDATE REQUIRED**
- Familiarizing yourself with the Product offered by Peerbits

Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel
Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development and coaching of inside sales reps (20% of your time)
Continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams
Transferring deals to account management after closing
Responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process, including prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, ROI, RFP, and closing of the sale.
Proven track record of exceeding business growth targets and developing rising stars within the lead generation team
Experience in interacting with overseas prospects and flexibility to work in their timezone
Objection handling
Procuring new clients through data sequences, research, prospecting, and identification
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Morning shift
