The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with global leads generated through social media campaigns, conducting initial discussions, qualifying prospects, and smoothly transitioning them to the senior sales team for closure.

⸻Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Engagement & Qualification:

  • Contact inbound leads generated through social media campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, Phone).
  • Conduct initial discussions to understand the lead's business goals, budget, and interest in our solutions.
  • Use a pre-defined qualification checklist to assess the quality of each lead.2.

Understanding Client Requirements:

  • Identify client interests (Web Development, App Development, Game Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, iGaming, etc.).
  • Clarify client expectations around project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Answer basic questions regarding services, pricing, and onboarding process.3.

Lead Handover to Senior Sales Team:

  • Provide detailed lead information and insights to the senior sales team for advanced discussions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the senior sales team to ensure smooth transitions.4.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, solutions, and services provided by AIS Technolabs.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and sales meetings.

⸻Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or client management.
  • Prior experience in the IT, digital marketing, BPO, or customer support industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with international clients or in a global sales process is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and conduct engaging discussions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of digital solutions (Web, App, Digital Marketing, Game Development).
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Personality:
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
