**Position - internal Auditor**

Responsible for all Risk and compliance activity for the operations in the offshore operations in India and Sri Lanka
Manage Internal and External Audits from a Risk and compliance perspective
Assist management in delivering and carrying out planned review.
Provide assurance that controls over key risks operate as intended.
Produce working papers to support findings.
Facilitate delivery of BU offshoring plans from a R&C perspective wherever required
Identify, manage, escalate issues and risks to Business Units and Groups as appropriate
Positive formal post-project feedback from client and project team.
Quality of deliverable on assigned reviews and scope areas, requiring mínimal reworking before sign-off.
Ensure that risk profiles owned and maintained by the business is updated.
Quality of the evidence to support findings and withstand challenge.
Clearly demonstrates behaviour and attitude which contributes towards Group Audit achieving its vision.

**Requirement**:
High level technical knowledge of risk management and audit techniques.
Operational and Governance knowledge on contract, offshoring and outsourcing management.
Sound, high level project planning skills.
Knowledge of best practice in project and change management
Relationship building skills.
Persuasive and articulate, able to influence, negotiate and manage conflict at a senior level.
Strong IT skills
Corporate governance and compliance
Proactively seeks to improve IS audit and risk management skills and keeps abreast of developments in the field.
Audit and risk management skills held in high regard,and are often asked to pass on skills and knowledge to others.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence.
Strong intellect.

Experience : 2+ Years

Qualification : MBA Finance

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
