**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize database solutions using Data Modelling techniques to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Experience in designing relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.).
- Experience in database management (install, config, maintain, finetune, monitor).
- Experience with Cloud databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB, multi-cloud).
- Experience with event services (Kafka)
- Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve database solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Data Modelling, Amazon RDS, SQL, and Amazon Aurora.
- Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in database development and management.
- Demonstrate experience in the Electronic Payments domain is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
- Show proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
