**Job Title: UI UX Designer**

**Location**:Fonix Technologies, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019.
**Experience**: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as UI UX Designer
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design effectiveness.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
- Optimize existing UI designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all products.
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Technical Expertise**:
UI Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (preferred).
Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience in interactive UI prototyping.
User Research: Ability to conduct user interviews and usability testing.
Typography & Color Theory: Strong understanding of design principles.
Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of Design Systems & Style Guides.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with Motion Graphics & Animation (Lottie, After Effects).
- Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) and Responsive Design principles.
- Basic understanding of front-end development for design handoff.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking & Agile Methodologies.
- Updated Resume (PDF/DOC)
- Portfolio links (GitHub, live websites, past WordPress projects)
- Current & Expected Salary (INR)
- Notice Period / Availability for joining

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
