**Job Summary**:
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Ixora Infotech, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic campaigns, foster client engagement, and contribute to our business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about the sales cycle, digital marketing strategies, and client relationship management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Help generate leads and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Participate in sales calls, meetings, and product demos.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Support in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and client proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members on creative ideas for client engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a drive to learn and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior internship experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
