This Job includes Amazon and Ebay Inventory Backend Maintenance Working for a UK Based company (Immediate Start) Contact Hr at 73040 39246

The shift timings are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The company operates 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday. (All holidays will be as per UK).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings**:

- Create and manage product listings on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and compelling.
- Optimize product listings with relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock records.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze sales performance on eCommerce platforms.
- Generate reports on sales metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional offers to boost sales.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
