Job Description Senior Ecommerce Executive This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a Senior Ecommerce Executive who will take charge of our marketplace operations, leveraging data and strategic campaigns to drive sales and growth. You'll be a key player in ensuring seamless product availability and staying ahead of market trends to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Marketplace Management: Oversee all aspects of marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), including catalog management and campaign execution. - Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and consumer behavior to derive actionable insights. - Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to design, launch, and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions. - Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations. - Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Problem Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in the e-commerce space, ideally with marketplaces or D2C brands. - Proven expertise in catalog management, pricing strategies, and marketplace algorithms. - Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights. - A go-getter attitude with excellent multi-tasking and deadline-meeting skills. - Experience in health, beauty, or wellness categories (preferred).
