**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Analyse return data using **Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)** for reporting and trend analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, refunds, and inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing of returns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track returns performance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in returns data.
- Proactively address issues related to product quality and customer dissatisfaction.
- Assist in optimizing the returns process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Returns Executive** or similar role in an **e-commerce company** (preferred).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is **mandatory**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
