**Responsibilities**:

- **Research, study and brand understanding**:Understand brand/industry need for writing the content, Study and research well where the focus is on engaged content which is storytelling based.
- **Ideate, capture and post visual content**:This can include photos, memes, videos and graphics. But there’s typically a heavy video focus in creator roles. After all, We will be working with brands and creators on videos mostly. 80% of consumers think short-form video is the most engaging type of content according to Experts
- **Deep understanding of social platforms**:Especially important for platform-specific content creators. But for anyone crafting social content, knowing each platform aids in creating more impactful content and even achieving wider distribution.
- **Staying on top of trends**:Make sure to follow the tools, platforms and trends in content industry where we can create spreadd our brand outstanding content as well as for our brands and creators
- **Creative storytelling**:At the end of the day, content needs to tell a story. And content creators are storytellers by nature.
- **Cross-team collaboration**:This might include working with several teams on story development or to receive feedback.
- **Creators / Brands content strategies**:Based on individual personality or brand, keep the diversity, maturity and creativity in the content.

**Would be Plus**
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Use proper structure and practices to align scripts and content with creator, production teams and editing teams.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase webtraffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend newtopics
- Suggest and brainstorm ideas, Talk to clients if needed to understand thingsbetter
- Understanding of web3, blockchain, NFTs
- SEO keyword knowledge and social media algorithm awareness

**Who you are**:

- Willing to work in pure startup culture
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, literature, marketingor other related fields
- Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Prior job experience in web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing
- Proficiency with content management systems and analytics software
- Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
- Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of various analytics platforms
