**Key Responsibilities**
- **Research, brainstorm, and write compelling scripts** for YouTube videos that capture the attention of a U.S.based audience.
- **Collaborate closely** with content creators, voice artists, and video editors to ensure scripts are accurately translated into captivating visuals.
- Maintain a consistent **voice and style** that aligns with our brand guidelines and audience expectations.
- **Conduct in-depth research** on various topics including geography, geopolitics, and global mysteries, ensuring factual accuracy and relevancy.
- Adapt scriptwriting style based on **current YouTube trends**, viewer feedback, and performance analytics.
- **Revise and refine** scripts promptly based on feedback from team members and performance insights.
- **Manage deadlines** in a fast-paced startup environment and be ready to put in extra hours when required to meet production schedules.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Proven experience** in writing scripts for YouTube or other video platforms, demonstrating strong storytelling and structuring skills.
- **Excellent English writing** and grammatical skills, with an ability to write in a clear, engaging, and conversational tone.
- Strong understanding of **YouTube content strategies**, including audience retention and engagement.
- A solid knack for **research** and the ability to convert complex topics into easy-to-understand narratives.
- Ability to **multi-task** and work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
