**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative and storytelling-driven Content Writer** who can craft compelling content for **social media, YouTube videos, and blogs**. The writer must align with **BestIAm’s vision of sustainability, reuse, and smart living**, ensuring that every piece of content builds **emotional connect, awareness, and engagement**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop **storytelling-based content** for YouTube video scripts, blog articles, and social media posts.
- Write **engaging blogs (1200-2500 words)** on festivals, special occasions, lifestyle, and sustainability themes.
- Create **short, impactful content** for social media captions, reels, and creatives.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure **content-visual sync**.
- Conduct research on **e-waste, second-hand appliances, sustainability, and consumer trends**.
- Ensure **SEO optimization** for blogs and keyword-rich content for better reach.
- Maintain **tone consistency** across platforms (storytelling + informative + emotional).
- Suggest new content ideas and campaigns aligned with **BestIAm’s perspective**.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong command over **Hindi & English writing** (storytelling + creative).
- Experience in **YouTube script writing, blogging, or social media content** preferred.
- Knowledge of **SEO, keyword research, and trending content formats**.
- Ability to write **emotionally engaging & positive narratives**.
- Creative mindset with **awareness of festivals, culture, and lifestyle themes**.
- Basic understanding of **sustainability, recycling, and reuse concepts**.
