- Reviewing plans for new construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and city regulations
- Monitoring and updating project schedules to ensure that deadlines are met
- Assisting with marketing efforts such as trade shows or community outreach events to promote the project
- Identifying stakeholders impacted by a project, such as suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, in order to notify them of changes or developments
- Measuring progress against goals and reporting regularly to top management on status
- Coordinating with legal counsel to ensure that contracts are written correctly and that all legal requirements are met
- Reviewing plans for existing structures to ensure that they meet current building codes and other regulations
- Communicating with contractors and architects on behalf of the company regarding project details

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
