**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (IoT/IIoT) to own the end-to-end lifecycle of industrial IoT/IIoT projects—from prospect engagement and solution design through to project delivery and customer success. As the bridge between our sales team, technical delivery teams, and clients, you will craft compelling, custom solutions and ensure their flawless execution in manufacturing environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Prospect Engagement & Discovery
- Lead technical discovery workshops, site visits, and requirement-gathering sessions with potential clients.
- Analyze OT/PLC infrastructure, production workflows, and digitalization objectives to uncover pain points and opportunity areas.

2. Solution Design & Proposal
- Architect end-to-end IIoT systems leveraging edge gateways, PLC integrations, and platforms such as PTC ThingWorx or Azure IoT.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, high-level designs, bill-of-materials, effort estimates, and ROI analyses.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and customized demos.

3. Sales Support & Collaboration
- Work alongside sales executives to qualify leads, shape opportunity pipelines, and articulate technical value propositions.
- Create technical collaterals (presentations, datasheets, demo scripts) to drive deal momentum.

4. Project Execution & Delivery
- Act as primary technical point-of-contact during implementation phases.
- Coordinate internal and external resources—OT/PLC engineers, software developers, plant engineering teams—to meet milestones and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges, optimize system performance, and manage change requests.

5. Customer Success & Upsell
- Monitor live deployments, track KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify expansion opportunities, additional use cases, or module rollouts to drive renewals and upsells.

**Required Skills & Experience**

**Technical Competencies**
- Proficiency in OT/PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Schneider).
- Hands-on experience with IIoT platforms (PTC ThingWorx, Azure IoT Suite, AWS IoT).
- Familiarity with edge gateway technologies and industrial protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, PROFINET).
- Solid understanding of data integration, database design, and KPI dashboarding tools.
- Sales & Communication
- Strong presentation skills; comfortable delivering technical demos and workshops.
- Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear business value propositions.

**Project Management**
- Experience driving cross-functional teams under Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in creating project plans, defining milestones, and managing client expectations.

**Domain Knowledge**
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes—especially batch-based production, powder coating, and predictive maintenance.
- Understanding of quality assurance, process control, and maintenance analytics.

**Education & Personal Attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering (or related field).
- Customer-centric mindset, proactive problem solver, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- OT/PLC programming: 3 years (preferred)
