**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to meet project timelines
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site safety, labor productivity, and quality control
- Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to project engineers
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and standards
- Assist in managing materials, equipment, and manpower at the site
- Resolve site-related issues and support project execution
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
- **4- 6 years of site supervision experience**, with at least **3 years in the GCC**:

- Proven experience in **residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects**:

- Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and sequencing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with local safety standards and quality requirements
- Valid GCC driver’s license is a plus
