- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, rasam, vada, biryani, and chutneys.
- Mastery in creating traditional and innovative recipes using authentic spices and techniques.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Plan and prepare daily menus with a focus on South Indian flavors.
- Manage food preparation to ensure efficiency during peak hours.
- **Food Quality and Hygiene**:

- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene as per health regulations.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of ingredients and supplies specific to South Indian cuisine.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment of stocks.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Provide guidance to junior cooks or kitchen helpers, if required.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure dishes are prepared and served to meet customer expectations in terms of taste and presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Expertise in preparing a wide range of South Indian dishes.
- Familiarity with traditional cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients unique to South Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
