**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive Physics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to explain complex Physics concepts and theories effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Plan and supervise hands-on laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, materials, and resources.
- Guide students in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, including tests, quizzes, projects, and lab reports.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and higher education opportunities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in the field of Physics and educational best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and collaborative planning sessions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, curriculum updates, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the science department to promote interdisciplinary learning and curriculum integration.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master's degree in Physics or a related field (required).
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification (required).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
