**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Lesson Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons based on the curriculum for Physics for classes 11 and 12.
- Create lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of students, ensuring the concepts are explained in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Focus on both theoretical and practical aspects of Physics, covering topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, optics, electromagnetism, modern physics, and more.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods such as demonstrations, simulations, and multimedia resources to enhance student understanding.
- **Practical Sessions and Labs**:

- Ensure all laboratory equipment is safe and functioning properly.
- Supervise students during practical sessions, guiding them to understand experimental procedures and analyze results.
- **Student Development and Engagement**:

- Encourage student participation in discussions and activities that promote scientific curiosity and a deeper understanding of Physics.
- Identify and address any learning gaps, offering extra support to students who require additional assistance.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and an interest in scientific research.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students’ understanding through quizzes, assignments, written tests, and lab reports.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' work to help them improve and refine their skills.
- Prepare students for board exams by conducting revision sessions, mock exams, and problem-solving sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, tracking both academic achievements and areas needing improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and conducive learning environment that encourages student participation and discipline.
- Ensure students follow safety protocols during laboratory work and classroom activities.
- Promote respect, collaboration, and an overall positive attitude toward learning.
- **Parent and School Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students’ progress, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide suggestions on how parents can support their children's learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers, school administrators, and staff to ensure a holistic educational experience for students.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Physics, teaching methodologies, and educational technology.
- Continuously refine teaching strategies to make learning more engaging and effective.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities (Optional)**:

- Organize and supervise science-related activities such as science fairs, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Encourage students to participate in national or international Physics Olympiads and other science competitions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
