**Responsibilities**:

Develop and update the physics curriculum in accordance with academic standards and educational goals.

Create innovative and effective lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

**Classroom Instruction**:
Deliver comprehensive and engaging physics lessons to students at the postgraduate level.

Utilize various teaching methods, technologies, and resources to enhance understanding and interest in physics.

**Laboratory Work**:
Plan and conduct laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts and develop practical skills.

Ensure the proper setup, use, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:
Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and progress in physics.

Provide constructive feedback on assignments and exams to support student development.

**Student Engagement**:
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

**Classroom Management**:
Establish and maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and respectful atmosphere.

**Professional Development**:
Stay updated on advancements in the field of physics and educational best practices.

Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Parent-Teacher Communication**:
Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' academic progress and achievements.

Attend parent-teacher meetings and conferences as needed.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with colleagues within the Physics Department and across departments to share best practices and contribute to the overall academic environment.

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Physics.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification.

Previous experience teaching physics at the postgraduate level is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
