**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver lessons in Physics, covering key topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, optics, waves, electricity, modern physics, and other areas of the curriculum.
- Plan and conduct engaging, clear, and structured lessons that help students understand fundamental and advanced concepts in Physics.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, such as demonstrations, experiments, multimedia presentations, and group activities, to make complex concepts more accessible.
- Help students build problem-solving and analytical skills required for Physics.
- **Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and update lesson plans that align with the curriculum prescribed by the educational board (CBSE, ICSE, or state boards).
- Design and prepare instructional materials like worksheets, lab manuals, quizzes, and assignments that support the curriculum.
- Adapt teaching plans and methods based on students' learning styles and academic needs.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer regular assessments such as quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams to gauge students' understanding of Physics.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Help students prepare for board exams through mock tests, exam strategies, and revision sessions.
- **Practical and Laboratory Work**:

- Conduct practical lessons and laboratory experiments to give students hands-on experience with Physics concepts.
- Supervise and guide students during practical sessions, ensuring safety standards are followed in the lab.
- Explain the methodology behind experiments and encourage students to draw logical conclusions based on their observations.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom to ensure a positive and focused learning environment.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and discussing complex topics.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently and ensure that all students are actively participating in lessons and practical sessions.
- **Student Support and Mentorship**:

- Provide individualized attention to students who need extra help or clarification on specific topics.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to students on academic and career paths in fields related to Physics (e.g., engineering, research, space sciences).
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities like science fairs, competitions, and academic clubs.
- Motivate students to engage with current developments in the field of Physics and explore advanced topics outside the standard curriculum.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's academic progress, achievements, and areas that need improvement.
- Hold parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance, address concerns, and develop strategies for student success.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuously improve teaching methods and stay up-to-date with developments in Physics and education by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the school administration to enhance teaching strategies, resources, and curriculum design.
- Participate in educational research or contribute to initiatives that promote innovation in science teaching.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
