JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct responsibility for production planning and related activities.
- Direct responsibility for delivering products as per the production plan.
- Direct responsibility for discipline and motivation in the workforce.
- Direct responsibility for the safety of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
- Direct responsibility to ensure the quality of all products within specifications as per company requirements.
- Direct responsibility for achieving the targeted yields and losses.
- Direct responsibility for achieving PRS targets.
- Direct responsibility for allocation of available manpower to various work

stations.
- Direct responsibility for implementation of food safety management system.
- Responsible for assisting the Plant Manager in the preparation of departmental

budgets.
- Responsible for procurement of RM/PM as per monthly production forecast.
- Overall responsible for tracking and review of casual costs.
- Responsible for daily review meetings with direct reports.
- Responsible for the maintenance of plant RM/PM and excess inventory.
- Maintain personal hygiene and ensure strict adherence to plant GHP/GMP

requirements.
- Ability to proactively identify areas of improvement and potential problems to

ensure prevention of problems.
- Ability to understand the internal customer-supplier relationships within the

plant organization
- In-depth knowledge of the technology of the beverage production and quality

characteristics
- Ability to evaluate the financial impact of plant yields and losses.
- Ability to do root cause analysis and prepare a corrective action plan for the

same.
- Work in an environment-friendly manner by using resources intelligently and

reducing wastages.
- Should be aware of CCP/OPRP and PRPs of the Plant

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to provide coaching on-job to associates & to achieve multiple

skills for subordinates.
- Ability to understand and ensure understanding of the values of the

company.
- Ability to participate in cross-functional teams to achieve specific goals and

objectives.
- Ability to clearly communicate the company's ideas, goals, and policies to

team members.
- Create an atmosphere within the department that facilitates the free flow of

information within the department and between various functions.
- Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet surfing)

EXPERIENCE: - 2-4 YEARS

SALARY: - 3,00,000-3,50,000 PER YEAR

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM MANESAR/ GURGAON

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
