Job Profile ‐
- Should have hands on experience in doing ORM
- Managing the online response of the queries on different social networking platforms.
- Being creative with their language while interacting with the audience
- Creative guidance and setting tonality for the brand
- Appreciating positive feedback and replying
- Social listening and health check
- Increase sentiment value through positive communication
- Changing a customer’s perspective to a positive one
- Proactive response to messages and queries
- Creating set templates for various queries asked on all social media platforms
- Social media marketing - creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through
blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
- Customer relations - the Community Manager is responsible for customer support
- answering questions however they come in (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Blogs &
Twitter) and managing any online feedback forums
- Using analytics to make reports - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly.
- Blog updation, posting and management
- A background in digital media and journalism or experience with writing helps since they’ll
be creating so much content for the company
- Should have excellent communication skills
- High level understanding of digital media marketing in particular and advertising in general
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills both English & Hindi
- Willingness to work around the clock - being a Community Manager person isn’t a 10‐7 job.
Make sure they understand that the job involves working some evenings and weekends,
and responding to community members outside of work hours

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
