We are looking for an experienced and passionate Swimming Coach to train and guide individuals or groups across various age groups and skill levels. The coach will ensure safe, engaging, and effective swim sessions while promoting fitness, water safety, and confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver structured swimming lessons and coaching sessions.

Instruct individuals on swimming techniques, breathing methods, and water safety.

Assess students’ progress and provide personalized feedback.

Ensure the pool area is safe, clean, and complies with health & safety regulations.

Motivate and encourage participants to reach their fitness and skill goals.

Maintain attendance records and progress reports.

Provide basic first aid if necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Certification in Swimming Coaching from a recognized institute.

Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Prior experience as a Swimming Coach or Instructor (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, enthusiasm, and ability to work with all age groups.

Knowledge of water safety rules and emergency procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
