**Team Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise production team members, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with the production planning department to develop and implement production schedules based on customer demands, inventory levels, and resource availability.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and production targets.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and improve product quality.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and maximize productivity.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to safety regulations, and participation in safety training programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards in a timely manner.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure adequate supplies for production activities.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock shortages or overages.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate production goals, objectives, and performance metrics to production team members and management.
- Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, quality metrics, and any issues or challenges encountered.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
