Assembly Supervisor

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for production planning & control of Robotic Scavengers, Gaiters & AI machine.
- Manages, lead the subordinates of more than 20 people to support daily production activities and meet the required production target.
- Supervise the shop floor activities closely and control the team for efficiency.
- Responsible for QC / testing of components at various assembly stages and ensure high quality finished products.
- Arrange necessary machine and tooling for Production / Assembly tasks.
- Generating documentation for assembly instructions and ISO requirements.
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Co-ordination with Purchase department for timely availability of raw material.
- Support the purchase and R&D Dept. for identifying or sourcing new components.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process Improvement activities.
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training

**Required Experience**
- Experience in production, planning & control of Mechanical/Electrical / Electronic industries will be preferred.
- Experience in Supervision and must have team management skill.
- Should have thorough knowledge of the manufacturing or assembling process of PCB& Drives.
- Prior experience in handling production, execution of daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Knowledge of ISO, 5S, Kaizen will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills.

**Required Qualifications**

B-Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 4 + years’ experience.
