**Join Our Team as a Team Supervisor**

We're looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Team Supervisor.

**Role Overview**:
As a Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality team. Your responsibilities will include supervising team members, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of hospitality staffs.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the housekeeping industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime duties as required.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
