**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented Cafe Assistant to join our team. As a Cafe Assistant, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with daily cafe operations, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take their orders with a positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to the cafe's recipes.
- Ensure high-quality product preparation and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation, including light snacks, pastries, or sandwiches.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Restock inventory as needed (e.g., cups, napkins, coffee beans, syrups).
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met, including food safety guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in opening and closing the cafe.
- Perform general tasks to support other cafe staff, including baristas, kitchen staff, and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service setting is preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
