**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, including orientation, company culture, and job-specific training.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance employee performance and knowledge.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to standardized operational procedures, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Keep abreast of menu changes, new product launches, and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials.
- Train staff on menu items, ingredients, and allergen information.
- Train employees in customer service best practices, including communication, problem resolution, and the art of creating positive guest experiences.
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Solicit feedback from employees and management to continually enhance training programs.
- Adapt training materials and methods as needed to address evolving needs.

**Qualifications**:

- MAB/BBA/ bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the QSR industry, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, including food preparation, service, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patient and enthusiastic trainer with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
