**Job Description: Soft Skill Trainer - Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Nashik**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at Sri Chaitanya Techno School in Nashik. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the interpersonal and communication skills of our students, fostering their personal development and preparing them for success in both academic and professional settings. Your expertise in delivering engaging soft skills training sessions will contribute to creating a well-rounded educational experience for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of students at various grade levels.

Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, emotional intelligence, and other essential soft skills.

Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including workshops, role-playing, group activities, and multimedia presentations, to ensure effective learning and engagement.

Assess the current soft skills levels of students and create personalized improvement plans to address specific needs.

Monitor and track students' progress in soft skills development and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and school management.

Collaborate with teachers and faculty members to integrate soft skills training into the overall curriculum and classroom activities.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of soft skills training and education.

Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and events related to soft skills development within the school community.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of training sessions, assessments, and student achievements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years in educational or corporate settings.

Strong understanding of various soft skills concepts, theories, and techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to connect with students of diverse age groups and backgrounds.

Patient, empathetic, and motivational approach to teaching and mentoring.

Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools to enhance training effectiveness.

Organizational skills to manage training schedules, assessments, and reporting.

**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time position based at Sri Chaitanya Techno School in Nashik.

The position may require occasional evening or weekend availability for workshops and events.

Compensation and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
