**Location**: Nashik (might have to travel PAN India depending on training location)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training Delivery: Conduct soft skills training sessions for employees at various levels across diverse industries, including communication, leadership, time management, teamwork, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, customer service, presentation skills, etc.
- Content Development: Design, create, and update training materials, presentations, and activities that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Assess the progress of participants through pre
- and post-training evaluations, feedback surveys, and skills assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the programs.
- Customized Solutions: Tailor training sessions to the specific needs of clients, ensuring relevance and impact. Provide recommendations for additional training based on individual or group performance.
- Consultation: Offer one-on-one coaching or group workshops on soft skills development for clients looking to improve specific areas.
- Training Facilitation: Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, using engaging teaching methods, interactive activities, and real-world examples.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in soft skills training. Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback.
- Reporting: Track and report on training outcomes, providing detailed progress reports and feedback to clients and senior management.

**Requirements**:
**- Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields. Certification in Soft Skills or Training & Development is a plus.

**- Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, coaching, or teaching soft skills. Experience in a corporate training environment is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods to various learning styles.
- In-depth knowledge of soft skills development and current training methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
- Personality Traits: Patient, approachable, empathetic, adaptable, and enthusiastic. Able to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
