We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SAP FICO Trainer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality training programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in SAP FICO.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to enhance the training programs.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant and/or Trainer.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proficient in SAP configuration and end-user processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
- SAP certification in FICO not mandatory.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
