We are looking for a highly skilled **SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Trainer** to join our team at UrbanSparks Digital Institute. As an SAP FICO Trainer, you will deliver engaging, comprehensive training on the SAP FICO module, which includes both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on sessions. You will be responsible for ensuring that students gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience with SAP financial processes and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) concepts, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Guide students through SAP FICO functionalities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost centers, internal orders, and profitability analysis.

**Student Support**:

- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students during training, addressing their queries and offering additional help with practical exercises.
- Assist students in understanding SAP FICO implementation and configuration challenges.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

**Course Preparation**:

- Prepare and update course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and hands-on exercises, to align with the latest trends and updates in SAP FICO.
- Design and provide practical assignments and projects to help students gain hands-on experience with SAP FICO.
- Stay updated with SAP FICO trends, best practices, and updates to ensure the course remains relevant.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and administrative staff to optimize course delivery and student outcomes.
- Assist in course planning and scheduling as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience with SAP FICO, including functional knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Practical experience in configuring SAP FICO modules and handling real-world SAP FICO implementation scenarios.
- Prior experience in teaching or training, especially in SAP or related technology fields.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey technical knowledge effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
