Ielts Trainer

Job description We are opening a branch in Feroz Gandhi Market Ludhiana and looking for an experienced IELTS Trainer to assist in delivering a world-class service. As a full-time trainer, you will play a crucial role in engaging IELTS/PTE students in their studies and test preparation, ensuring best practices are followed, classroom management, assessment, and use of educational technology. You will be a successful mediator between a descriptive curriculum and student goals and needs; supporting student progress and satisfaction; ensuring academic integrity at all times; working collaboratively and constructively as a part of a broader team. As a part of this role, you will also be required to prepare Spoken English course material.

Roles and Responsibilities - Providing training to IELTS students to acquire their desired scores - Enhance classroom learning and teaching by implementing new/interactive methods - Understanding the needs of the students and providing appropriate guidance - Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students - Basic administration, such as keeping student registers - Maintaining attendance records and student progress records - Making teaching plans for the Spoken English Program
