**Job Title: Operations Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of logistics operations. This position involves overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, from coordinating transportation and warehousing to managing inventory and optimizing processes. The Operations Executive collaborates with different teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement improvements in logistics operations.

2. Compliance and Regulations:

- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure that all logistics activities adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.

3. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to achieve overall business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to the logistics team members, fostering a positive working environment.

4. Client Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients in Hindi
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Address client’s queries, concerns and provide timely resolutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in BCOM, BA English, MCOM, MBA or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Hindi speaking is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
