**Job Overview**

We are looking for a **Retail & Operations Executive** to manage **Sales, Store, Accounts, HR, and Service Operations**in our Salem branch.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend to retail and project customers; explain product specifications and assist in selection.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain records of sales and stock.
- Coordinate material inward/outward, inventory updates, and logistics dispatch.
- Manage attendance, leave, and support HR functions (joining, payroll, compliance).
- Follow up with builders, architects, and engineers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Support service calls, warranty handling, and customer feedback collection.
- Ensure discipline, documentation, and adherence to company procedures.
- **Education**: Diploma / Graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, or Commerce preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in retail sales, store, or office administration.
- **Languages**: Tamil (mandatory), English (basic), Hindi (added advantage)
- Good communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- **Expertise**: Network with builders, architects, and civil engineers preferred
- **Mindset**: Willing to grow with the company, committed, and results-driven
