**Job Summery:
- **
The Telecalling Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments, follow up on pending debts, and negotiate payment plans. The role involves effectively managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- **Outbound Collection Calls**: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to remind them of their payment obligations and negotiate payment terms.
- **Payment Negotiation**: Work with customers to understand their financial situation and offer payment solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
- **Customer Queries**: Address customer queries related to billing, overdue payments, and account status.
**Requirements:
- **
- Qualification
- HSC and Above
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
