**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our affiliate marketing team. Experience: 2-3 years of working with direct clients and agencies, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales and enhance our company’s online presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing affiliate relationships, and contributing to our growth and success in the affiliate marketing space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture new affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Manage relationships with direct clients and agencies to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Track, report, and analyze key performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with new affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all affiliate activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on affiliate marketing performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or affiliate marketing, with proven success in working with direct clients and agencies.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate and digital marketing.
