**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze **monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets** and financial statements.
- Ensure **timely closure of books of accounts** in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Oversee **general ledger, reconciliations**, and **cash flow reporting**.
- Coordinate and lead the annual **statutory audit** process with auditors.
- Maintain compliance with **statutory and regulatory requirements** including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
- Manage working capital and ensure optimum fund utilization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **CA qualified** or **Inter CA** with strong academic background.
- Minimum **3-7 years** of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with **balance sheet preparation and review**.
- Solid understanding of **IND - AS**and financial compliance norms.
