**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial reporting and control systems to facilitate strong finance business partnering in accordance with the company’s guidelines and financial policy
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Analyze the company's financial results on a monthly basis with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to executive leadership to guide effective policy-making and financial strategising
- Oversee the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
- Lead the team members responsible for accounting, payroll, direct and indirect tax processes
- Preparing and Monitoring Budgets, Receivables, Credit Controls, MIS and Reconciliation reports
- Managing and supervising the overall accounting and finance function
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings on a periodic basis
- Prepare Accounts and Financials as per prevalent Accounting and Reporting Standards
- Support month-end and year-end financial preparation including Consolidation

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
- Qualification:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) / CPA / CMA
- Years of Experience:

- Minimum 5-6 years in Accounting, Finance, Internal control, Audit
- Master’s degree in Finance area would be an add-on
- Good working knowledge of IFRS Accounting, Indian GAAP and Tax Laws
- Well well-versed with advanced Excel and macros is a must
- The capability to turn complex data into logical formats.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrate positivity, approachability and have an investigative nature.
- Be capable of managing the work of others and delegating where needed
- Experience in digital transformation/ automation will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
