Role & responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and support decision-making.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis, providing recommendations to optimize spending and improve financial performance.

3. Financial Management:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

4. Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting of financial information.
- Liaise with auditors and regulators to address audit findings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

5. Strategic Planning and Decision Support:

- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and business expansion plans.
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects and initiatives, conducting cost-benefit analysis and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to develop talent and enhance capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
